Before you return anything to Royal Christmas, we kindly ask you to: holidays, please contact us by e-mail.

You can only return it if you have received an agreement / response.

 

It may happen that an article is not that what you expected. Then there is the possibility to return the item to us. That is possible 14 days after receiving of that article.

The item that you will send back must be unused, undamaged and in it’s original packaging with clear tape.

Returns with other colors of tape: such as gray or black, etc. will NOT be handled.

Christmas lights, flagpole trees, Christmas items with lights, baubles and decorated artificial Christmas trees are excluded from return.
Also invoices bearing the words no trial period and the online ordering are excluded from return

PAY ATTENTION! Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. The returns department is closed on Saturday and Sunday!
Also closed daily between 12:00 pm and 1:00 PM and after 5:00 PM. Pass this information on to your delivery service.

Return shipments will be processed until December 23th 16.00 hours.

After Christmas, no more returns will be accepted, provided orders registered with the track and trace number + name of the carrier before December 23th before 4 p.m. will be accepted. We advise you to continue to track your tracking number yourself.

Returning process

-          On the day of returning the package, e-mail received form or order number to ina@royalchristmas.nl

-          In the same e-mail, you should also state your name, place of residence, IBAN number and tracking code of your order.

-          Cut out the order number and place it on the box (see example). NOTE: in order to be able to process your return, only packages with order number clearly visible on the box will be accepted.

Refunding payments

We will do our best to ensure that your purchase price (excluding Shipping) will be returned to your bank account as soon as possible, not later than 30 days after receiving your article.

Should you wish to return your purchase, it is important that you go through the following steps.

Your order can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
You must return your order unused and undamaged in original packaging. Please also read the return conditions standing below.

Returns are accepted until December 23 - 16.00 hours. Mail no later than December 23 - 16.00 hours to ina@royalchristmas.nl the tracking number of
the package, the carrier's name and your order number. After Christmas, no returns are accepted, provided that the orders that are registered before 23-12 - 16.00 hours will be accepted. We advise you to continue to track your tracking number yourself.

  • If you return an item outside the set conditions, the payment obligation does not expire.

 

Return Policy for consumers:

  • Here we give an indication of the return costs per package.The prices per parcel service and carriers are different.

    Costs for returning the goods are for the customer. The shipping costs for returning are for your own account, even when returning part of your order.
    The costs per parcel service such as DHL and DPD can be sent vary from approximately € 10,-  to € 50,- to the Netherlands.
    For larger boxes such as a large artificial Christmas tree PVC Utah you have to take into account
    with approximately € 60,- in return costs.
    Due to their nature and size, larger boxes cannot in most cases be returned by regular mail. Even when returning part of the order, the shipping costs are for your account and are not refundable. Of course it is also possible to return your purchase yourself to the address we give you. Always keep the track and trace of your shipment and keep following it so that you can see that it has been delivered to us.

          Prices are exclusive of VAT.

  • We reserve the right to charge additional costs in the event of damage caused by you to returned goods
  • Any costs resulting from, not being at home, wrong address or package being refused, will be charged to the customer.
  • There is no term of approval period of 14 days for orders placed after December 9.
  • Christmas lights, flagpole trees, Christmas items with lights that have been removed from the packaging, baubles and decorated artificial Christmas trees are excluded from return.
    Also invoices bearing the words no trial period and the online ordering are excluded from return.

  • Please note that no packets are accepted with us at the weekend.
  • Packages that are refused by customer will not be accepted / dealt by Royal Christmas.
  • Questions about your order or goods that have not been received must be submitted within 7 days after you have received the order placed with us via: e-mail at info@royalchristmas.nl, stating your order number and tracking number.
  • Questions regarding your order that have not been received within the prescribed period will not be treated.
  • When returning a product outside the specified conditions, the payment shall not lapse.
  • When the product has been returned, and the article is damaged or is incomplete in the package, we reserve the right to return the goods to the customer or charge the costs to the customer.
  • Cancellation of the order is only possible if the order has not yet been processed.
    ( when you have received a tracking number , the order has been processed )
  • If you have paid bank costs with your order, the payment obligation does not expire when returning / canceling the order.
  • Only orders for which the returns before Christmas have been sent to ina@royalchristmas.nl with the track and trace number of the returned package.
    Your return must be delivered to the specified address, not to a pick-up / parcel shop.
