Where is my package?

1. You have received a tracking number / DPD parcel label number.
2. You can fill out your tracking number / DPD parcel label number at: https://www.dpd.com/nl/nl/
3. After placing an order, it may take a while for this feature to work.
    If you ordered the order after 12:00 PM, your tracking may not be active till the next day. Please check again a working day later.
4. You should now be able to see where your package is.
5. You can send an e-mail to info@royalchristmas.nl with your tracking number in the subject.
6. Mail with the e-mail address of the delivery address stated in the order. We will find out for you and will process your e-mail within 2 working days.

If you have not received your order while the tracking indicates "has been delivered", you must contact us within 2 working days.
you must always correspond with the specified e-mail address of the order.
